“I can’t say enough about this clinic. Yesterday was my first visit to Flowertown Animal Hospital. Yesterday was also the day we received the devastating news that my beloved dog, Boone, had advanced stages of lung cancer. It was such a shock and then Boone deteriorated rapidly last night. I sent out a message for my options and Dr. Pignatello returned my call and offered me several choices, one of which was to meet her at the clinic on a Sunday afternoon and she would provide a peaceful and humane way to send Boone over the rainbow. Hardest decision of my life. We said goodbye to our sweet boy, and Dr. P and the tech were wonderful throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough thank you’s to Dr. P as we just went through the toughest and most upsetting 24 hours that our family has had to date and she made it bearable. She was great helping my kids through the experience as well. Thank you!”
