Dr. Hagerty is originally from Wallingford, Connecticut, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Technology from the University of Rhode Island in 2019. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2024.
Dr. Hagerty’s professional interests include small animal surgery and emergency medicine. She is excited to be part of the Flowertown Animal Hospital team where she is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care and is dedicated to building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
After completing her studies, Dr. Hagerty relocated to the Summerville area with her fiancé and their four pets—three cats, Hazel, Pebbles, and Flounder, and a dog named Camo. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with family and friends.
