“I brought my cat in tonight because my regular veterinarian could not see us for 10 days and I felt my pet needed to be seen before then. I had no idea there was a clinic open in the evening hours that would not charge outrageous after-hours fees.! While I was pleasantly surprised that they could see me on short notice and with such generous operating hours; they impressed me even more with their customer service!
Dr. Rebecca Bocchicchio saw my cat. Due to COVID restrictions, I waited in the car. When she called me to discuss my pet she was amazing, thorough and very personable. I was also very impressed with by tech Sarah and Rasha that took my payment.
What started as a need to just have my pet seen quickly has now turned into a relationship. We will definitely be taking all our pets to Flowertown Animal Hospital now! Thank you.”
