Erika is our lead technician and in charge of making sure your pets get the very best in nursing care. Erika joined our Flowertown family in December 2016, but she started her career in veterinary medicine over 8 years ago. Erika is passionate about caring for animals in need, and when she’s not working as one of our amazing technicians, she spends her free time volunteering her time fostering animals for overpopulated shelters.

Erika and her husband, James, moved their family to the Lowcountry in 2011 and can’t ever imagine leaving!  They live right here in Summerville with their three boys (Cody, Tanner & Kolton). When she is not chasing after her boys, Erika loves spending time with her many fur babies: 4 dogs, 3 cats, a bearded dragon, and a cockatiel.  Erika also loves crafting and spending time with family and friends in her pool.

Erika’s goal is to make sure both animals and humans always feel welcome and comfortable at FAH and to treat every patient like she would her own furbabies!
